Birte Malz is a current Bachelor student at the School of Creative Media in Hong Kong as well as the Leuphana University in Lüneburg, Germany. Her research oriented work focuses on the interplay between human and media. Specifically, the examination of Extended Reality and its (possible) multilayered effects on society. She is currently exploring ways and programmes to combine her theoretical research with practical XR experiments or art works.
