Qiaochu Wang

Research Assistant

Qiaochu Wang is a research assistant in XRL under the supervision of Prof. Christian Sandor. His research interest is image guided medical robotics. Currently, he focusses on the perception of augmented reality which helps AR system guide users better. He aims at integrating new technology to help people and he believes AR can be a crucial assistance to medical procedures.

He received his bachelor in Optical Science from Zhejiang University in 2018. In the same year, he starts his Master study at Johns Hopkins University. In there he joined computer aided medical procedures lab and start his work in AR.
